Created online database system so that the shop could enter inventory levels online, which could be accessed online by major customers over the www. This strengthened the relationship with a nationwide corporate customer.

Created intranet site to enable shop to more easily transfer information with clients and service providers. Intranet site allowed transfer of much larger file sizes (>70mb) with much greater ease-of-use than ftp or other methods. This system does not require binhexing or uuencoding/decoding of files, reducing time and possibility of error

Established email system for company, allowing easier transport of smaller jobs with key clients. Created multiple mailboxes, aliasing where appropriate to allow management to more easily distribute tasks as needed
