Our best preventative maintenance plan, this plan calls for a monthly preventative maintenance to be performed on each machine in your environment with the following tools, as appropriate for the operating system(s) you are using on each machine: Apple's Disk Tools, fsck (advanced for OS X), Drive Warrior, Norton Utilities, Tech Tool Pro, Drive X, other tools as may be appropriate. After performing a complete maintenance and repairing any repairable problems, we rebuild the desktop and optimize your drive to keep it running in peak condition. We complete the work by providing you with a written report outlining any areas of concern or issues that we may have noted on your equipment during our service.

In addition, our staff perform an audit of your software on all involved machines. We provide you with a full report including recommendations, software compliance, and any issues we may be aware of involving your software. We also provide quotes to bring you up to date and within compliance if necessary.

The initial survey, report and recommendations are included at no charge to you. All you pay is the monthly charge. We estimate this service to require on average 2 hours per machine for a savings of $220 per machine.

Once things are brought up to date, we review your software before every maintenance each month. We bring any freely available upgrades, updates and patches. We advise you of any commercial updates along with your options for purchase. On each visit, we install any upgrades and patches, then perform the monthly service. This keeps your software completely up to date and current, as well as your machines in top notch condition.

Estimated at 4 hours per machine, per month, in addition to the $220 per machine you save on the initial service, you save $220 per machine, per month. This translates to an annual savings of $2640 per machine.

Rates are flexible based on the number of machines requiring service. Selection of this package entitles you to a reduced rate structure for our normal services provided beyond this maintenance. This pricing is for a single machine. Contact us for customized pricing for your environment.
